Solution

Equip operators with HoloLens headsets, including a dedicated application used to train them or simply assist them with the configuration of a production line or during machine maintenance procedures.

Result

Significant increases in productivity were observed and operators were able to easily use the equipment thanks to a strategy that involved providing assistance for this change.
