Solution
Synergiz supports the technology leader in the automotive industry with its massive deployment phase of HoloLens 2 and Dynamics 365 Remote Assist.
A solution allows operators to fix breakdowns much more easily and efficiently.
Equipped with HoloLens 2, operators can call and interact with experts remotely while keeping their hands free, allowing them to easily carry out their operations.
Operators share their field of vision with experts in real time, and experts can even add specific notes and indications directly in the operators’ workspace to accurately guide them.
Result
The implementation of these new technologies across Faurecia reduced the time and cost of maintenance operations, as well as downtime.
Overall, the amount of time machines malfunctioned was divided by ten, and machine downtime plummeted from twenty to two hours.
